Our Story
Personalized Auto Detailing (PAD) was established in 2018 with a personalized car detailing experience in mind. What exactly does that mean? PAD wants our clients to feel like they can have their cars cleaned while also having a trustworthy friend that they can communicate with easily. Missed a spot? No problem, we'll drive to you and fix it. At work? No problem, we'll pick up your car and deliver it where you need us to.
A dealership looks at clients as a number and tries to push as many cars through as possible, small business's typically do the same as they are trying to generate a profit.
Although PAD isn't giving out Free Auto Cleaning Services, we value the relationships with our clients more than simply making some quick cash.
With our exceptional work and customer service, we quickly became a local champion in the Auto Detailing Industry and Mobile Auto Detailing Industry - leading our clients to recommend us to friends and colleagues.
We have a beautiful shop located in Upper Arlington, a knowledgeable staff that maintains high ratings and a President that has, and always will, value each client as a friend they can count on.
