To maintain the level of quality and care our clients expect, we reserve the right to decline or cancel services for vehicles that are excessively neglected, contain biohazards, or fall outside the scope of standard detailing. All services are subject to an in-person inspection upon arrival, and if the vehicle’s condition is significantly different than what was described, additional service charges may apply or the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled. Our detailing packages are structured to include a set amount of service time based on the package selected. If your vehicle requires additional time due to its condition, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work, which will result in added charges. This policy allows us to dedicate the proper time, tools, and attention required to deliver the premium results our clients expect.
